COUPLES THERAPY addresses the emotional dynamics of the relationships, focusing on exploring how deeper issues affect the relationship. It is more suitable for couples experiencing emotional disconnect, intimacy issues or recurring arguments, those seeking to rebuild trust after infidelity or major breaches, and partners wanting to deepen their emotional understanding of each other.

In mediation, the goal is not just to reach agreements but to foster deeper understanding and restore trust, promoting long-term relational harmony, however participants choose to define this.

Relational Mediation can be particularly helpful when misunderstandings, miscommunications, or emotional issues are at the root of the conflict.

Preparation and Integration sessions are like any other therapy sessions and are covered by the insurances I am credentialed with.

The cost of, and potential coverage by insurance, for the medication itself can vary based on route of administration. The medical clinic will guide you as to the cost of the medicine.

Sitting with a person during the medicine treatment is an out of pocket expense.

There are several routes of administration for ketamine, all being administered in a certified healthcare setting by a healthcare provider. Intravenously (IV), Intramuscularly (IM) and Intranasally (Spravato) are the most common routes of administration.
